My Boots Of Avoidance and my +37 shadow damage shoulders just disappeared out of my inventory today. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I had all of my gold into those items to flip.

Really now? Too bad they won't reimburse anything else than raid epics, with clearcut evidence, raid ID, screenshot of you looting them etc.

To be honest, it's fairly hard to believe you had such items.

He just happens to have 2 items that are situationally BiS? I'm here because the pve server isn't up yet, do you believe his story?

What is so strange about flipping those? If you aren't familiar with the terminology flipping is the act of buying something with the intention to resell it for a higher price.

Back to topic I'm afraid that you are probably out of luck OP. For manpower reasons they as a rule do not go into loot issues. I do realize how much that sucks for you in this instance though, especially if it is a bug rather than accidental vendoring or something.
