Password reset link not working

Hello, i've been inactive for a while and forgot my password. I decided to reset the PW via the website feature and the e-mail was successfully sent to my e-mail registered to the account, however when i press the link in the mail i get redirected to Nostalrius site where it says: Enter new password, Confirm Password.
I write in the new PW and press submit. But then nothing, i mean NOTHING happens. The text in the boxes where i wrote my password gets empty and my password does not change at all, does not give an error or anything..
Is it possible to get a new e-mail sent to me? Cause when i try to send a new one from the website it says ''a reset link has already been sent to this e-mail''
Can a GM PM me or reply to the thread so that i can PM you to give you account name, e-mail.
Thanks in advance!

Greetings,
we do not manually change passwords. Please try using a different browser for the website.
The GM team.

Hello again, noone of the different browers i've tried seems to work. What can be done about this? I just get the message ''An e-mail has already been sent to recover the password for this account'' Which is true since i do have the mail, just that the link IN the mail is broken.
Any solve for this what so ever?

It may be your firewall/antivirus blocking the link.
This does sound local to you - Are you able to access the link from a mobile phone etc. then see if it works?

The exact same thing repeats itself wether i do it from my phone, Mozilla, Chrome, Safari.
The link is simply broken, like i said it redirect me to the site where i get to type in a new PW, but once i submit nothing happens. Everywhere i tried it's the same.
*Edit* I also tried while Firewall was disabled.

This really does need looking into then - The player has attempted to reset the password and also attempted to get a new link - Can a GM clear the previous password reset request from the database so he can request a reset again?
@Robil1994 in the meantime create a new account and then attempt to reset the password for that - Lets see if you can do it for that account and then not for this one. This would give a high indication if it is singular account specific.

Thank you for trying to help by the way, i just tried to make a new account and sent the e-mail to myself, i pressed the email just like i always do and got redirected to Nostalrius site where i type in my new Password. It works perfectly fine on the new account, i get the message password successfully changed and it changes. But the problem still remain on my main account where i type in a new password, submit but nothing at all happens.
Like you said, if GM's could clear in the cache that an e-mail has already been sent so that i could send a new one that would be enough. Hopefully i get to hear from them soon.
Thanks.
