Ban appeal

I have 2 account on this server:
Mainaccount: dawei0814
2nd Account: daweidong0814
And today my mainaccount was ban for following reason:
Hello DAWEI0814!
You are banned until September 23rd 2015 06:55:45 AM for the following reason: "Forbidden gold transaction".
The thing is, I've never bought gold online or did anything with Forbidden gold transaction. The only thing I have done is transfering gold (~24g) from my second account to my main account, which I farmed them by my hand as well.
So please check again on my ban and you can ask me anything ingame (ign: Simsarx) or on this post.
