temporarily account banned

Hello sir,
My account shows banned until september 23rd 2015 8:39:14 AM for the following reason: Forbidden Gold Transcation. Actually I didnt do any gold transcation during these days and since the ban time has been passed , my account is still banned. Please help me to figure this out.

This is a R14 rogue which just graduated two weeks ago. I swear I did not do any forbidden gold transcation since the character has been created. You konw it costs lots of time to be an R14 so I don't want anything like this happen to me.

Gold transactions are always permanent bans. The time given is the server time when the ban was issued. If you didn't buy gold I hope you get your account back.

the problem is he do not buy any golds! he dont need buy any golds! i think someong looked he was R14 planted him! if u r wanna ban his account! just give us legitimate reasons! we dont want this shit impossible excuses.--- BUY GOLDS!
