Banned for gold transaction?

What the hell does this mean? because Im a guildmaster and run the bank giving guildies gold is unauthorized?

This happened to me on retail when I was giving out gold to guild members during an event. Maybe it's something in the coding that triggers a rule? Not sure, hope you get things sorted.

I can confirm he loaned me 215 gold in game, which he traded to me, and i paid him back a couple days later by mailing 215 gold back...that was a little over a week ago. I know he gave another guildie 300g for their epic mount on that same night and they took about a week to pay him back. I understand cracking down on hackers and botters and gold buyers/sellers but as far as i know his transactions have all been legitimate. Please look into this ban as this is our guild master and it would be a big loss to our guild if he got banned for helping guildies and running our guild.
