Hello Gamemaster,
My account "mengwang", and the name in the game is also "mengwang" shows banned on september 23rd 2015 8:39:14 AM for the following reason: Forbidden Gold Transcation. Actually I never do any gold transcation since create the account. I know very well the rule for the server, and never make any forbidden action. I have spent much time for this account, which is very important for me. Hope your kind attention and help me to figure this out. Thanks a lot.

Dude...never have the same account name as a char, you're only asking to get bruteforce-hacked. Luckily no one will hack your account now though. Make sure to have different account names on forum, in game and no chars should have the name or something close to either of them and don't get me started on passwords.

Thanks for your reply. I am sorry to hear that, as my account has never make the gold trading, I am not sure why my account was banned. I always follow your rules, pls help to recheck and cancel the ban for our account. Your early response will be highly appreciated.
