Account banned?

Hi All

I have just been told about this server frm a friend, i have logged in tonight for a few minutes, logged out and installed an addon questhelper thinking it would work,

Now it is saying my account is banned?

im not sure if i have broken any rules, i didnt think a simple addon would cause my account or ip to get banned?

Can someone help me please

your account is not banned. Please make sure that you're connecting to the right realm: "Nostalrius Begins" with the proper username and password, and also make sure that you do not have any 3rd party software that could interfere with the connection. If you mistype your password too many times, your account will be temporarily closed as protection against brute force attempts to gain access.
