Account closed or unable to connect

When i try to log on it says "Unable to connect" and after trying few more times it says "Account closed"
GM in game advised me to wait for 24 hours and then try to log on. Done that twice now to no avail. In game character name is "Padakunn" .

your account is not banned. Please make sure that you're connecting to the correct realm: "Nostalrius Begins" with the correct username and password. Also make sure that you do not have any 3rd party software that could interfere with your connection.
