My account "mengwang", and character in the game is also "mengwang" shows banned on september 23rd 2015 8:39:14 AM for the following reason: Forbidden Gold Transaction. Thanks for your previous reply. I am sorry to hear that, as my account has never make the gold trading, I am not sure why my account was banned. I always follow your rules, pls help to recheck and cancel the ban for my account. Your early response will be highly appreciated.

He probably meant "our accounts" since he was talking about two being banned.

Sorry for the type mistake about "our account" , the correct is "my account", sorry to make you misunderstanding.
