Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I just got done playing a few hours, went outside and when I came back to log in ALL my characters were gone...

Is there any way someone can help me get them back? I really really dont wanna start all over again....
A friend of mine had the same problem 2 days ago, seemingly a lot of hackers around lately. He spoke to a GM and the GM said they cannot help with retrieving hacked accounts/characters?

I hope there is a solution to this.
