Madbros Ban Appeal

On September 22, 2015 I was banned for "cheat" as the website claims.

I know I play on satellite internet and play with a 1.2k ms on average and have large delay between moves, but I was NOT cheating. Please look into this. This was a wrongful ban. I haven't had much time lately to play, and to log into my account for relief from school & work to pvp and get banned is disheartening. Not including all the time sacrificed to this server and to have this happen is just disappointing and is just downright wrong. I don't think a GM did it, as it looked too automated because of the situation that happened, it almost seemed buggish.
Here's my story right before the ban:
Right before I got banned, I exited the UBRS instance to attack the players outside and I pretty much got CC'd by all the allies outside, a priest mind controlled me, a warlock feared me, and I scatter shotted(with a 1.2k ms delay). Since I have a large delay on all my moves... My scatter shot went off a second or two after the priest had me fully mind controlled, he was taking me off the ledge it looked like. As I was MC'd my scatter shot happened on the MCing priest with crazy amount of delay... And suddenly I Disconnected.
