Greetings, I'm getting a suspended message when I try to log into my account. The reason being shown when I log into the website is currently "Cheat". The ban is set to a 24 hr period. I would enjoy being able to play during this weekend as I work during the week. Lashley is the character on the account. I'd like to make an appeal because I do not believe I have cheated in any way.

I stated that my ban was for 24 hrs. I never asked how long the ban was for. Maybe you should get your facts straight before you start making accusations.

E - Permanent ban.: Most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruption, as well as any of the following:

Examples:

Hacking;
Using any botting program;
Abuse of major in-game bugs;
Possession of any item(s) obtained with illegal methods;
Any client modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.);

Basically, everything that classfies as "cheat" in the terms of use, is a permanent ban. Not 24 hours.

Are you really bringing this back to step one? I haven't cheated and I am making an appeal against the ban. Please get off this post if you're just going to take the thread in circles.
