connot reset account

im trying to reset my account PW in site https://en.nostalrius.org/password, but it shows "Whoops! There were some problems with your input. You need to fill the form with a valid email / username." everytime, whats wrong with that? im sure the email address is correct, but it sill doesnt work, so, plz help me, thx for your time.
