Accoun locked????

I recently have created a new account to play this server.

When i log get disconnected about 10 times, and getting to play again i see a message box saying that my account are clossed?

Please help!!!

I have a message in my account nostalrius webpage :

You are banned until September 27th 2015 11:06:52 AM for the following reason: "HACKER".

How it's possible? only trying to get in World
