Account was banned for "Gold Advertiser". I assume its because i put a full URL in trade chat. Character name is Burritochan.

Says I am banned till Sept. 27 00:33, but it is past that time.

I was posting a response to someone who was asking for addons, as a joke. I have never said anything involving a full URL in trade or General chat. I also, if you look at my gear etc. am clearly not invloved in gold farming / selling.

One thing I did notice is that when I logged into the homepage, through the post at the top, yesterday, My account said it was banned until September 27th 00:33 AM. Now when I login, it does not say that my account is banned anymore on the homepage, but login to WoW, says my account has been closed.

Hey, I was wondering if I could get an update on where my case is, if possible. More specifically, what is considered average wait time for a case? Is a typical response 3-5 days, 1-2 weeks etc?

I do not wish to be rude, and I do understand that things take time. As someone who works in IT, I know that looking through log files can be quite a maze at times.

I do apologize for another reply, as it further adds to things the GM team can or have to read.
