Ban time up

Dear GM Team,
When I login on Nostalrius website, I can see that I am banned until "September 27th 2015 18:51:51 PM".
Yet I cannot login in the game. Can you please solve this ?

P.S.: I have a character named Asaefq

Permanent bans show the time that the ban was placed. Temporary bans show a future date/time.

The the account associated with the character Asaefq has been permanently banned for botting. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to any automated control of the game, or any feature or component thereof. Accounts that are caught infringing on this policy will be closed and will remain permanently inaccessible. You may continue to play by creating a new account and adhering to our Terms of Use going forward.
