Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I decided to pick up this server again after a while being inactive, but whenever i try to Login it just says "unable to connect". When i try to login into the website it just says "bad credentials". The character name is "Hisoka", is the Account banned? I created a new account at it worked perfectly fine to login.

Ask Gon for help, he seems to have a knack for turning up when it counts.

Gon is still leveling :/ He's level 27 or smth around that. He needs to improve his Nen to help me in this way.

I know that he is not banned, but the problem is he can't login and also he can't recover the account to change the password because he did not remember the email he used. How should he handle this problem ?
Is there maybe a way that an gamemaster can tell him the registrated email?

You have to remember the account info. The gm's will not retrieve it for you.
