Keep getting banned

At acc info says that I'm banned until October 7th 2015 14:03:25 PM .Today is the 9th of october.But I can not login keep getting banned.
Character name: Nimezid, Alliance Nelf druid

I am not the owner of the account, its owner claims it did not use any hacks.
