Hey,

"You are banned until October 8th 2015 02:46:44 AM for the following reason: "Forbidden gold transaction".

Both my main account (character "Keniteklol") and my second account with bank alt (character "Chetchski") are closed. 99% of the time I was only doing transaction between this two accounts, rarely with random people but no illegal gold transaction.

Please review this case and give feedback.

99% of the time you weren't doing illegal transactions? Well, good enough for me.

What you just said Pokey is that you are fine with people getting banned for doing legit transactions 1% of the time with other players, and with them not doing any illegal gold transactions.

Doesn't mean he isn't lying, but at least read it for what it says.

If ban is confirmed, you are SOL. It's most likely the story, IMO. Start fresh and abide the rules.

You'll get your answer soon. I understand your pain. Just gonna have to wait it out like the rest of the other players that are having issues with their accounts.

When it comes down to it, all these appeals have unnecessary banter attached to them, I had no particular opinion on the appeal itself though.

You should state facts and nothing else.

Sure, let me explain what he said to you (as that's a fact he had in his OP).

He did legit transactions between his own two characters 99% of the time.
And 1% of the time he did legit transactions with other players.

I agree that there is a lot of useless banter in these threads; really the GMs should not allow general responses. But it is what it is. What I disagree with are two things:

- Coming into a thread without even reading what the person is trying to say and /gloat over their misfortune
- Instantly assuming someone is lying. Most of the time they are. Sometimes they are not.

I know, "Give the GMs time to investigate.". There's a lot of requests, but there are replys almost everday to newly created threads. Please take a lot at my case, it's been almost 2 weeks now.
