GM is gonna help. Just wait. They have other issues to solve. Be patient.

Unfortunately, the GMs are not going to help on this. Your only option is to wait for a point in time where whoever stole the account has not logged in for 10 days, then reset the password via the web interface. If you are patient and keep trying you may be able to get it back. But it is a 10 day timeout from the last time the account was logged in.

The GMs do not reset passwords for players, and they do not retrieve stolen accounts. Account security is your responsibility.
