Hello revered GMs!

A buddy have requested to know his ban reason, as there wasn't a message displayed when he logged onto the main website portal.

The 2 characters are:
bluefish
onebag

He's not sure what he did wrong so he'd like to ask a GM here to find out the ban reason.

Why can't he ask about this instead of you? No English? Is that why?

Correct, they don't speak english much.

So you most probably answered the question yourself: he didn't read the rules and therefore multiboxed, bought gold or cheated.

Both characters were multiboxing multiple times, even after receiving a final warning.
