Friends banned

Hello I have some firends getting banned, but don't know the reason. Maybe for AFK in BG? Indeed they are just using some heavy object to keep pressing the spacebar. Could you make an investigate?

Heavy object on spacebar = outside automation (bot) = permanent ban.
