Hi, my character name is Ohanaa
Hi, the problem started occuring 20 minutes ago. While playing I got DCed multiple times, and logged back in every time. After 10 attempts to get into the game, the unable to connect error message started to show. My natural reaction was to think that I've been hacked, so I tryed to log in on the website, I can not only, not get onto my character list, but I can no log onto my account on website either, here the error message is this
"Whoops! There were some problems with your input.
Bad credentials."

I tryed to retrieve the account, but it gives me a wrong username/email error.
10 minutes into it, the "cannot connect" error message has turned into an account ban.
5 minutes later, it's back to unable to connect.

Am I actually banned? I have not done anything illegal.

So it seems that I've been hacked somehow. I have tryed the forgot password function, but it gives me an error telling my account has been in use lately and the forgot password function can therefor not be used.
Sometimes it also gives me an error sayig I've entered wrong email/username, what can I do?

The account associated with the character Ohanaa is not currently banned. Bad credentials means just that: you put in the wrong username/password. After multiple attempts, the system will lock you out, increasing with the amount of incorrect guesses. Please wait a few hours and try again, but make sure you have the correct information.

If your account is compromised, they'll ban it after confirming that someone else is indeed connecting to it, be sure to double check everything before things go that way.

Also can't log onto the website, says bad credentials.

read the sticky thread on the support forum...

you have locked yourself out of the account (temporary ban) because of too many failed log in attempts
just wait 15 minutes and type in the correct password

This is not the case, I have tryed that atleast 10 times, always same thing..
First I write acc/pass then it says unable to connect, then i try again and it says banned.
When I try to log onto the website, it says my acc/pass is wrong.
My account is obviously bugged.

Well if it's hacked, it's RIP. They don't recover accounts, they just ban them.
