Unrightful ban?*

Hey guys,

I realised I posted at the wrong section, so Im gonna try to write down what I did in the last one.

2 hours ago the server had 2-3 disconnects in a row with some reconnection issues, while this was happening I was playing WSGs on my 39 level twink shaman named Taco. After one of the disconnects I went ingame again > queued WSG > the BG started and 1-2 minutes in, the game froze up and ofc. I thought the server went down again. So I wait for a bit, didnt even open Wow right away, 20 minutes later most likely, typed in my account info and got the account closed message which gave me the heart skip. Went on the forums, found out that you can log in at the website to get more information if you're having account issues and this is what I got:

Your last ingame login was from IP 77.78.14.183 (2015-10-10 14:34:01).
Please Im asking once again for an explanation, how did this happen?? I am not a scammer! please investigate
