Account banned
Posted: Sat Oct 10, 2015 7:14 pmHello, my in game character name is Antidote. I last logged in to play last night and am trying to log in now. I saw the account is banned message and checked my account on the website.
The messsage read "account banned for : account compromised". I did notice a different IP had (allegedly) logged into my account but I have had no issues with my account thus far. I have no explanation for why this error would occur as I have not nor would I ever share my account information.
If this could be looked into and addressed I would greatly appreciation it. I know for a fact this is a mistake and have followed the terms set by the server since I began playing. If possible I would have no issue locking the account to my current IP so this does not happen again.
