system write : your old password is wrong. But I wrote down the password in a notebook log in and still wrong.

+as it is possible to replace mail?

You don't know the password and you want to change it AND the email? So tell me, at what point does this not seem like an attempt to brute force someone elses account?

If you are indeed the owner of the said account, you are alone responsible for it. GM's do not initiate password resets or change credentials for you. There's a 10 day offline wait period before you can reset the password.

I have the same issue. Maybe I'm doing sth wrong. The old password is absolutely correct. First I thought it's because of the space in the end, but it isn't.

and your new password is

no $ signs but empty spaces between every word

remember not to use a password of 15 characters or above as the client only allows you to type in 15 characters but the command allows more. You'd lock yourself out of the account for 10 days if you do so
