I just login from my house and sometimes from my friends home,that is pretty close to mine.

Honestly I can't see them making a mistake with account sharing. Can someone find a case where account sharing ban was a mistake?

How do you know someone is actually account sharing and not just logging in at a different place?

What is even considered account sharing, i just dont see how you can even determine this.

The red flag for account sharing is the account being played 24 hours a day for days on end (e.g. grinding for Rank 14). Since no human can do that, it's usually someone sharing accounts.
