[Resolved] Banned for unknown reason after month long pause

Hello there!

My account was banned for an unknown reason. I stopped playing at the end of may because real life took over my time but i logged back in every now and then to check with my guild and see how people were doing.

i wanted to log in today and it basically said i was banned right now... not sure if it is due to some kind of server error but i didn't play for several months (except for a few logins to check with my guild like stated above) but right now i have to time to come back and now this happened. I didn't get an email that my account was banned neither did i get some kind of other information about why my account was banned. i'd love to get a GM response on this topic because i've spent alot of time into this account and i'm not able to level up another character with a different account for several reasons.

My Lvl 60 Warlock (which is the only character worth noting on my account) is named Jaquilia

The account associated with character Jaquilia is currently not banned. There's a security measure that temporarily IP ban users who consistently attempts to login with incorrect credentials. The duration varies depending on how many attempts occurred and increases on further failures. Users may recover their lost password by going here. This feature was designed to recover accounts whose owner forgot the login credentials and becomes available when the account has been offline for 10 consecutive days.
