Accout HAD BEEN HACKED, any ways to retrieve?

I found my accout HAD BEEN HACKED. He login every night to prevent my reset. If you can give me some approach to retrieve my accout, I'll appreciate that.
Character name: Cabala
Account: lingfucong

Sadly the account if proven to be hacked will be perm banned.
I have yet to see a hacked account be re-instated.

There's zero chance of getting a hacked account back, might as well make a new account but before you do, make sure to make up an unbreakable and very random password, 15 characters, numbers and letters, big and small.

If i understood, the password retrieval has been "fixed" to NOT need that 10 days anymore, at least that's what I *think* i read from the new webpages - announcement..
If so, Retrieve your PWD -> change it -> profit
EDIT: Yup, Quote from Syrah:
Password recovery: you can now instantly recover your password with your email. The 10 days inactivity are not required anymore.
