Must say I am impressed with the new system you are using:

It makes things much clearer for people that have put in requests and must be alot smoother for the admins to deal with.

I was thinking of saying something about this too. Very clear, and locking the threads once they are resolved helps to remove a lot of the unnecessary, off topic, and sometimes toxic comments from the peanut gallery. Should make the GM's job much easier.

I agree, this is a much improved way of handling these.

Yes there were a few days where almost no appeal was answered, and then Abathur arrived with this new system and sorted everything out. I hope it wasn't he's staying here because it's great. No offense to the other greenies tho but this is much better that way.
