First of all Greetings and i appreciate you guys doing a great job .

Ok, so i got my friend's account banned a couple of minutes ago , because of accessing his account apparently .
The Gm that whispered me was Tigru
Account gickul .
You are banned until October 14th 2015 10:45:56 AM for the following reason: "Account compromised".

We are best friends , play next to eachother , live in the same flat , my account and his account are shared between us , and that's supposed to be our problem , not the server's .
I do understand that the Gm , whispered me about Multboxing , and i told him Yes , i am guilty , i just wanted to kill some mobs quick to hit lvl 33 , about 5 bars , was just about to log out with both of our accounts , but the gm managed to pull a last minute whisper

) Applause for that . My account got a multiboxing warning , my friend's account got banned , and he told me to make an appeal which i am doing now .
I do believe that in this case , multiboxing is the problem , and i should get the ban, not my friend , who worked hard beside me on my other account to hit 60 . So please reconsider and ban my account which is gickuled and give a warning to the aforementioned banned account .

The problem you have is that your firends account has become "Comprimised" as "he" shared the password with "you"

Your account has had the warning which is the correct course of action according to the TOU - Your friends account banned due to what I mentioned above and is the correct course of action according to the TOU.

This could be the case that you just multibox and have been caught out - I dont know, I cant see any data on the server side.

All I know is - I dont think your going to get the account unbanned as your friend gave you his password - Its not the servers fault that he provided you with that and not the servers fault that you chose to login with it.

This probably sounds somewhat harsh but I am just showing you the other side of the coin in the argument that you provided.

Thanks for the reply , and also thanks gm's for accepting my post .
Well technically , I created both accounts , that's why it's gickul and gickuled , so at the time i was multiboxing , i wasn't actually compromising any of the accounts , cause the accounts are both mine . Indeed , i shared the account before for my friend , but that's not the problem at hand , at the moment Gm Tigru contacted me , he did so because of the multiboxing problem , him not knowing about the "compromised" account .

I really want to hear a good and strong opinion coming from the guys that made the rules .
I'm not mad or anything , i just want to fight for the accounts , and i think it's allowed , isn't it ?

As it is stated in our Terms of Use, you cannot share your account to anyone. This is against our policies and will be punished with permanent ban.

You can find below extract from the Terms of Use.

So if I'm reading this right, you had a couple accounts that you made that you admit to using to multibox with. You gave your friend access to one of them, and you are wondering why it is now banned? If that's correct, I believe you just answered your own question twice in the same post. You used the account to multibox and shared the account with your friend. Both of which are against the TOU.

Yes but how did you know i shared the account ?
Because , my friend didn't , absolutely didn't access my account

, you can check the connections ip/mac .
And you can see the only one that accessed both accounts was in fact me

. Beat that !

This is why account issue threads should be closed after a gm answers, there is no need to keep on suffering publicly.

The ban of both accounts were very much warranted in several ways and now with a public confession on multiple accounts, there's really nothing left to be discussed.
