Acoount`s been hacked,apply for temp ban if possible

Sorry to disturb.
But my account was hacked and I refused the hacker`s proposal to retrieve it by paying €100(so outrageous!!!!). Hence may I apply for a ten-day ban on this account so that I could reset my password?
Please try not to release perm ban because it`s extremely important to our guild.

Hi Stillcomer,

If you account has become comprimised I am sorry but there is noway you will be able to get it back unless they log off it for 10 days.

The admins do not issue 10 day bans nor do they ban accounts becasue someone has asked them to - They would need solid proof - Once that is supplied they will ban the account for good.

Can I ask how the hacker obtained the details to your account?
