hey i was banned on my character supa and ssupaa. 2 separate accounts. not sure why

i'm getting a bug then or something.. when i log in to one of my accounts it says "unable to connect" and eventually it will say my account is closed.

Nah. The ban for repeated unsuccessful logins seem to hit you regardless of reason for unsuccessful logins. So when the server was having serious problems and responded to every login attempt with "unable to connect" earlier a lot of players got the tempban even though they put in the correct password. Happened to me and several other guildies.
