Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Dear Nostalrius support,

My account: Nelizz has been blocked.
Yesterday around 23:30 the server chrashed.

When I tried to log back in my password did not work anymore.
Then I went to the website to change my password.

My new password does not work, plus my account is now blocked.
(P.S. I still can log in on the website with my old password).

Could you please fix this?
