Account permanent banned?

Hello, appeal for unban.

My account got banned yesterday for reason "cheat" i have no Idea what could have tested as true.
The moment before account lock i was running towards entrance in ubrs, i got mindcontrolled and got jumped of the balcony down towards the lava. The only thing i noticed to be strange prior to dc was more Lag Then normal. Got a huge lag spike and almost stopped mid air and when i recovered from lag i ran back towards ubrs entrance and got instantly dced upon reaching the entrance.

False positive?!

please check/remove the ban on our warrior, guys and fix your anticheat to stop banning ppl that get mc'ed. this is not the first time this happened to someone.
