Hello there.

I have not played for a long time in nostalrius (maybe 2 or 3 months). Now i wanted to go back, but seems like i forgot my account's password.

My account's name is "******". I've tried with many many password but none worked. I have no idea what was the mail, so i couldn't get back my account.

After multiple tries to log in, it suddenly said, "This World of warcraft account has been closed". I know there was a system to block accounts after a high number of fails (to prevent thefts).

My character name was Elfmaduin also.

I got proofs aswell (screenshots, and the ip was always the same)

I just realized that the gm "Pottu" answered five threads but this one has no reply.

Pls make us a favor and give us an answer.

We do not ban accounts for incorrect log-in attempts, but instead IP ban users who attempt to log into an account with the incorrect credentials too many times. This time period increases with the number of failed attempts. The account you have listed is not banned.

In order to reset your password, you must know the account name and the email associated with the account. We do not give out this information, so you must keep up with it.
