Account Banned (Temp, then permanent?)

Hi, I was afking in an AV battleground a few days ago. I would simply click move forward every minute or so as I was working on an essay. I realize that I should not have done this, and I apologize for doing so. However when I checked my ban, it stated I was banned for 24 hours, and I was banned for botting. I was absolutely not botting, I was at the computer and clicking the "w" key, again I understand that I should not be afking in battle grounds. I read the game rules and it stated that a warning was sufficient for someone who was afking in a battleground.
I would ask that you review this ban as I am being punished incorrectly, thanks.

AFKing is a warning, but botting is a permanent ban. Ban has been confirmed and will not be lifted.

I understand, however I was absolutely not botting. Seeing as I have never had any other offence, it seems awfully heavy handed to give me a permanent ban on the suspicion that I was botting. I implore you to reconsider this ban for a lesser punishment as I have spent a lot of time on this character and it would be very wasteful to hand out the maximum penalty where there is some doubt, a first offence, and I am remorseful for afking.
