Hello, this is the message me and my friend have on our accounts. Its clearly an error if checked.
My trade char Celesti that I use to sell stuff on AH.
My main Silem (rogue 55) that I am casually leveling with my friend Maoming (rogue 55) since around june. And alt Walthern (priest 35) that is mostly used for disenchanting.

If you follow all my gold transfers you will notice that I have not sent or received anything outside of these accounts and the gold we have isnt much, all we managed to save up to this point is around 1k and most of it came from AH over few months. few days ago I sent few hundred gold from my trade account(celesti) to me(Silem) and my friend (Maoming) to buy devilsaur sets for our rogues. We bought them and wear them, maybe this is what triggered the ban. All gold on my trade account is made on AH by selling stuff or making leather items disenchanting and selling essences and dust. We are slowly collecting for epic mounts by the time we get to 60 and getting banned just after preparing to play on the weekend is disheartening.

now let me get this straight, Abathur was the one reviewing the case and after 1 week long of waiting we get to know from viper that we get banned for no particular reason? Gm Viper said, ban confirmed please feel free to make a new account?

To me that's a horrible mistake and bad organisations skills, i mean i understand you're working on your new website but that doesn't mean you have to ban people just to get rid of them without looking into the case properely.

To be honest i'm done with this server, you didn't even bothered looking into other people's cases too.

The thing is, almost every appeal here is by a very suspicious person. Most of them have been proven to be liars, usually angry and very hostile towards Nostalrius staff. The innocent ones usually are more desperate and show utmost respect.

But that's not always the case, sometimes there's no relation between how a person reacts and what has happened. But everyone does the same thing in the end, they bring anecdotal evidence, often refer to semantics and try to distract people from the real evidence and reasoning behind bans.

It funny. He's all mad about two different staff members handling that case, when he wasn't even the one that started the thread.

This may not be initially clear, but when viper or daemon speak, that is the final word. Regardless of how, organizationally, they picked up the case. I wouldn't assume this is a sign of disorganization at all, but more of a shared workload and a particular case going up the ladder faster.

They never share details, for obvious reasons.
