Cant login to my account

Hi Nostalrius GM team.
I can't login to my account, it says "Unable to connect" and just to be sure i asked a mate to try and login, and when he does it says "Account Banned"
Char name: Tahao, horde hunter.
I hope you guys can help me out.

The account associated with that character has never been banned. Please ensure that you are entering the correct account information.

I can't play here neither. The game has been buggy since yesterday, I don't know why. In my case, I got disconnected about an hour ago, and when I tried to relog in I was able to play just 20-30 seconds before I got disconnected again. This keeps happening several times, and I'm still unable to play. Also, earlier today I got disconnected and when I tried to log back in and choose the realm it displayed a "Logging into account" message and it stayed like that forever. Am I banned or something?
