Hello, not played since the end of July on your server, after a while decided to go and play. Trying to go, I realized that the password I do not have. Restored password through the site using your email. Going into the game I saw that my character someone played. Wanted to write a report about this, but this afternoon and even gave a ban account. Why gave the lock for my account ?

The account associated with that character was permanently banned for account compromised. Security is the responsibility of the player, and as such the ban will not be lifted.

Your account became compromised and the rules on this server state that any compromised account is banned. For all they know you could be account sharing (not saying you are)
