Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi,

Account closed. Character name ********, no idea why.

I can't give you any information as to what happened leading up to this event as all I have done is run a few dungeons and mainly pvp.

Rather frustrating.

Also it says to log into the main homepage and it will tell you why? mine says nothing...

I don't understand if you are telling me it isn't ?

There is also the character alcopwn on it. It won't let me access the account.

Are you sure it isn't banned for some strange reason ?

Well I've waited about 8-10 hours before trying to log in again this morning and it is still saying the account is banned.

Could I please get a response on this?

It has been over 24 hours now and you are telling me my account isn't banned yet when I try to log in it IS telling the account is closed?

Could you please investigate and remove any sanctions on the account so I can log in please?

Rather frustrating not being able to log in when you are telling me there should be no reason I can't log in.

I do really appreciate the time and effort you put into the servers but surely you can understand my frustration.

GM has confirmed your account is not banned so there's no point in trying to get this matter resolved by them since they havent banned you. You're doing something wrong like trying to log in with wrong account info or something like that.

No i am definitely not doing anything wrong...

it IS telling me the account is closed when I try to log in so a GM response WOULD be useful please....

If anyone could help me with this I would be very grateful as currently I feel like I just wasted a massive amount of time leveling.

The messages CLEARLY read the account has been closed. I cannot understand why it would display this message if it was simply a connection issue or something. The fact I was disconnected then this message appears surely means it was a ban.

The GM confirms its not a ban then just continues to ignore these posts instead of possibly telling the right direction on how to proceed.

Any info would be great.
