I was permanently banned and I can not understand why. My ingame name is Exitz and I have not been rude, used third-party programs or as far as ive read violated any of your terms and rules.

I will be happy to see a GM adress this message and come up with a legitimate reason for this ban.

No reason has been given as to why I was banned. Anyhow I am very happy this was sorted at the pace it was.
