Permabanned

Dear sir/madam

I was playing on my hunter called Birkir last night when I suddenly got disconnected and when I tried to log in, it said my account was permanently banned.

The only reason I can think of is my usage of AtlasLoot Enhanced. I was trying to link and item called The Nicker in chat when the disconnect/ban happened. I really do apologise if the use of this addon is not ok. The reason for me using it is that it is in the big Addon pack available from your website.

I have been having a brilliant time on this game - working together with people for quest(!). You have done a truly tremendous job with it, and I really hope this matter can be solved, or at the very least I can know why this happened so I can avoid it in the future.
