Got banned permanently!

Hello,

character: Sparkfire on PVP realm

My lvl2 Druid got banned yesterday. At that moment I was about to talk in the Darnassus City channel. When I hit the enter key, I got logged off and banned. I checked my account, it only says "Your account has been banned permanently" without any reason. Is it possible to check my issue or at least let me know what's wrong? Just FYI, I did read the in-game rules, and this is not my first time to play on Nostalrius.

OK, I find how this problem comes:

Today I could log in my account, I guess my issue was solved by someone or maybe because the server restarted itself? Anyway, not sure why but I did log into my character. Then I did some tests, when it was the third time that I tried to talk in Darnassus City channel, I was logged off and my account got banned. The same phenomenon as my last time when got banned. I didn't have a chance to test in Trade channel or other channels, but it appears that this is a system bug or too sensitive to spam? Please let me know if there's a rule or some bug that prevents players to talk in Darnassus City channel? Many thanks!

I think he has every right to put a polite chase on this - He has waited almost a week and I find that to be very fair.
