Account closed

Account closed * Please see below *

I'm not sure if this ticket was closed but as you can see from the below I had a response from a GM then nothing for 48 hours ?

The account is still saying it is closed. Can you please investigate and reset the account??

Hi,

Account closed. Character name ********, no idea why.

I can't give you any information as to what happened leading up to this event as all I have done is run a few dungeons and mainly pvp.

Rather frustrating.

Also it says to log into the main homepage and it will tell you why? mine says nothing...

Well it is saying my account is closed ?

I don't understand if you are telling me it isn't ?

There is also the character alcopwn on it. It won't let me access the account.

Are you sure it isn't banned for some strange reason ?

The server bans players after too many incorrect attempts at logging into an account. Please wait a couple hours and then attempt to log-in again.

Hi,

Well I've waited about 8-10 hours before trying to log in again this morning and it is still saying the account is banned.

Could I please get a response on this?

It has been over 24 hours now and you are telling me my account isn't banned yet when I try to log in it IS telling the account is closed?

Could you please investigate and remove any sanctions on the account so I can log in please?

Rather frustrating not being able to log in when you are telling me there should be no reason I can't log in.

I do really appreciate the time and effort you put into the servers but surely you can understand my frustration.

It has now happened with my alt account I created to play on whilst this issue is resolved when all I have done is level up to level 3 ??
