Account Banned

Hello, I was playing and the server disconnected. I tried to log back in multiple times and got "Unable to Connect". After many attempts it said "This World of Warcraft account has been closed". I'm not sure why I would get banned. Please check it out GM?

reset your password if you can't remember it
(unable to connect = wrong password entered)
