Account Banned

Hello, I was playing and the server disconnected. I try to login again but after many attempts it said "This World of Warcraft account has been closed". I'm not sure why I would get banned. I'm sure i didnt err my account information. However i tried to login again this afternoon but it was still "closed". I also changed my password, ita didn't work.
Please check it out GM?
