Account Banned

Hello, I was playing and the server disconnected. I try to login again but after many attempts it said "This World of Warcraft account has been closed". I'm not sure why I would get banned. I'm sure i didnt err my account information. However i tried to login again this afternoon but it was still "closed". I also changed my password, ita didn't work.
Please check it out GM?

Hello, my account is still banned and I don't know why. I saw that most people cases has been rewieved and solved. Waiting for your answer.....

log into the website and check the ban reason
also could have read the sticky posts in this section within the last 5 days...

There is no character by the name of Skilled on the PvE server.

Characters name : Skillex, Goldrik
I checked them in the wow's folder
