Account banned, not seeing a reason why

Character name: Spektor
The stickied post says if I log in on the homepage, I'd be given a reason why the account was banned, but I'm not seeing that. Only seeing that the account was banned. I'd like to get a reason why.

Uh, then why do I get a message saying the account has been closed when I try to log in to it?

Do you have more than one account? If so, double check that you are logging into the correct one.

I only had the account with characters Spektor and Spektra on the PvE server and Kaistine on the PvP server. The account says its closed when I go to log in.

My apologies, I thought you meant Spektor on the PvP server. Your account was permanently banned for botting. We have a zero-tolerance policy for this kind of thing, and the ban will not be lifted.
