I'm only posting this due to the fact that I've never been warned for doing it because it's the first time. Yet I've been warned and banned for it. And secondly I wasn't given enough time to reply so now I have to post here.

What do you wish to accomplish? Read the ToU

If in fact he was not warned before getting perma banned then this is a mistake since ToS clearly state that for before you get banned for multiboxing you need to be warned:

"IV. Last warning
A last warning is given before a permanent ban. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Casinos;
Multiboxing;
Abuse of in-game bugs;
Any attempt to bribe a staff member;
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor."

Remember GM's role is to enforce rule NOT to make them. So before anyone start bashing on a fellow player keep in mind that the victim of this kind of injustice could be you.
